I regretfully have had a lot of cheek filler over the years and have been in a disaster with getting it dissolved for the last year. I look really scary. My face has completely been ruined I still have cheek filler that won’t dissolve either because it’s radiesse/ scar tissue and I don’t want anymore hylenx. I would like a fat transfer. Fat should be placed first as you don't want to potentially infect the implant. Moreover, the fat should be placed on periosteum, which would not be possible with an implant sitting there.
