Can people w/ Lupus benefit from non-surgical fat cell death/reduction procedures even though apoptosis is decreased by Lupus?

I have Minocycline-Induced Lupus. My symptoms (knee effusion/synovitis) ceased immediately after stopping the Rx. I tried CoolSculpting 1yr ago, did not lose fat & gained more in the treatment areas due to PAH. I now know the lupus is what contributed to my fat cells NOT dying + the resulting fat cell hyperplasia. Is BTL Vanquish ME stronger than CoolSculpting in the sense that it will actually cause fat cell death even in people w/ decreased cell death (apoptosis) due to their Lupus?

After PAH, the only effective technique is hi-definition liposuction. I use VASER Hi DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening and body shaping HD contouring is much more complex, defining and can give the best in skin tightening, cellulite reduction, body shaping, and fat reduction than traditional approaches. If there has been PAH with any non-surgical fat reduction, I would only consider a form of liposuction to guarantee removal of fat cells permanently.  You will risk PAH with any energy based non-surgical system.

It is best to get liposuction for this problem. Although there are different devices available to treat fat noninvasively such as Coolsculpting, Vanquish, and Sculpsure, they all lead to the same endpoint of apoptosis and removal by the immune system. If you believe that the Lupus is the underlying cause of the PAH, I think that it will happen with all the technologies.
