Vein inside bottom lip - treatable? (Photo)

I have a large vein on the inside of my bottom lip. It bulges out of the top of my bottom lip at a point (however, is not purple or blue like traditional Venous Lakes). I am self-conscious about it because it is visible and it can be felt when kissing my husband. Is it safe to treat or remove this vein? Who do I see? (Dermatologist? Oral Surgeon? Vascular Dr.?)
