Following the administration of a small amount of local anesthetic, each of the tiny blood vessels can be "traced" with a low electrodessication current. When properly done and when just the right current is chosen, the small linear wounds created in this fashion typically heal with barely a trace. The posted pictures show upper eyelid veins and these are very difficult to treat. I use microneedle radiofrequency but it usually requires multiple treatments and the treatments are uncomfortable.
