Can small red thread veins on the arms be treated? (Photo)

I am very pale and have small red thread veins that show through the skin on my arms. I know they aren’t severe but they are widespread and make me really self conscious. Would laser or microsclerotherapy work on these? Or are they too small / too far below the surface?
