What can I do about veins in forehead and dent under right eye when I smile? I really hate them and a few people told me if it is in my forehead it's too dangerous to remove? And the dent under my eye I have used fillers, Botox and nothing works!

Larger veins such as varicose veins respond well to lasers, but if the vein is large and bulging, surgery may be necessary. Veins treated with laser vein removal have a smaller chance of returning than if sclerotherapy alone is used. Your forehead veins can very safely be treated by sclerotherapy which is an office procedure done under local anesthesia. Filler should help your under eye indentation but it would be temporary.
