How can I get rid of this fatty lump on the side of my lip I’ve had all my life? (photos)

I have this lump on the side of my lip that makes my face look unsymmetrical and really bothers me in photos. I tried disguising it with fillers but it made it worse. Is micro liposuction the best option? To clarify I’m 23 and have always had it.

It's important to understand that this lump isn't strictly fatty tissue - it appears to contain more glandular tissue, making liposuction less effective. In this case, micro-liposuction might not yield the desired results. To reduce this bulky area in the lip, a small amount of tissue should be surgically removed, correcting the deformity. The Phonelist on the outside of your lips it’s not based on an abnormal fat distribution. The contour in that part of the face is complex and is formed by a combination of bone structure soft tissue coverage and tension from a multitude of muscles that connect to the corner of your mouth.
Because the problem isn’t based on excess fat it is unlikely Liposuction is going to give you the desired result.
Likewise you can’t manipulate muscles facial expression without having undesirable side effects.
It is simply your facial appearance and everybody has a unique face.
There’s no straightforward easy treatment for reducing that fullness.
