I'm looking into having filler but keep seeing a lot of information about severe allergies to the dissolving agent. I understand an allergy test is performed to determine how safe it is to proceed, but I also gather sometimes those tests suggest it is not at all safe to do so. Or that the patient perhaps has a history that means anaphylaxis is likely. How are vascular occlusions treated if the patient is highly allergic to Hyaluronidase (and no other dissolving agent is available)?
