What can I do to minimize the appearance of dents and lines by the nose when smiling? (photos)

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. This is a very common finding that I see in my practice. As we age the grooves around the nose and mouth also known as nasolabial fold gets deeper. This can easily be done with fillers but you do need to do some touch ups every 12-15 months. or other option is Sculptra which stimulates your natural bodies ability to create collagen in the grooves but this does take 8-12 weeks and may require multiple treatment to get the desired outcome.
