What you are experiencing at 2 weeks post-op is completely normal and always the worst 2 weeks. From here things typically get better each and every week up until 6 months, even a full year until completely softened. Glad to benof help. 

You already have a generous buttocks size, so you can easily go with the 712 cc size which has a diameter of 15 cm and projection of 5.5cm.
