I am 5'3 and weight 120lb I've always been insecure about the size of my small butt and want to get implants to increase the size. I'm currently saving up but also curious whether or not surgeons do payment plans since I can't be approved for any financial help.

What you are experiencing at 2 weeks post-op is completely normal and always the worst 2 weeks. From here things typically get better each and every week up until 6 months, even a full year until completely softened. Glad to benof help.
