What kind of surgery/treatment do I need to correct my uneven jawline and long face shape?

I'm a 31 year old female and I've always been insecure about my chin (how long it is) and overall facial asymmetry. I have a long face shape (long forehead, long chin, long cheeks) and I suspect that I'll need orthodontic treatment with any corrective surgery (mandibular, maxillary, or both) that could correct my facial asymmetry, even though my teeth seem ok.

I suggest scheduling a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.

It appears that you have a short chin in a vertical dimension and a little too much projection. I would recommend a genioplasty to lengthen your chin to reduce the deep mentolabial fold and set the chin back a bit.
