What is my best option a minimally invasive Chin Reduction Surgery? (photos)

I feel like my chin projects too much and I would like to know what the best option would be for reduction. It feels like it's mostly fat, muscle and tissue. I'm planning on getting lipo under my chin as well.

Thanks for your pictures. In my professional opinion, improving the volume of your cheeks further enhance the attractiveness of your face. This can be achieved by fillers or cheek implants. Softening (slight chin reduction) can also help. I hope that this information helps.

You could potentially benefit from jaw surgery. However, if you are just looking for a cosmetic procedure, I would absolutely recommend a genioplasty. A chin shaving procedure us usually performed to improve the bony symmetry when the asymmetry is minor. For large asymmetries, a genioplasty is a better procedure. A CT scan of the jaw would be helpful.
