My chin has always made me uncomfortable to smile in photos. It's caused me low confidence and self esteem. I used to weigh less but it never changed the shape of my chin. I think it may even be genetic. I like everything about my face but this. Any suggestions?

You actually have a narrow lower jaw and chin so that the 'relative' fullness is apparent to you. But the real correction is better bone support which balances the soft tissue. This is a common concern but not a soft tissue issue.
