I think one of my Ideal implants has partially deflated - any suggests what I should do?

Hi, I'm in Vancouver BC, Canada and had my implants put in in 2017. They are(the now defunct "Ideal Implant" brand). I'm having my regular mammogram next month. Any suggestions what I should do? Should I wait, or contact my PS? Is he legally obligated to do anything since they are out of business and I don't have my 10 year warranty anymore? What timing! I'm feeling devastated :( Any advice is appreciated.

Because there are no tests that can be done to confirm a diagnosis of BII, it is challenging to track. What we do know from studies that have been done is that it is probably not related to implant type. It can occur with saline or silicone implants.

The deflation rate with the current generation of Ideal implants is very low, and harmless if it occurs other than the hassle of replacing it. However, early versions of the implant did have issues with deflation. The implants were redesigned and moved to a new manufacturing facility, then went...

I have been using the Ideal implants since they were first available. They are very good and my patients have been extremely happy with the results. However, i do not think they are good for all women. I think you will run a risk of being able to feel them too much at the inframammary crease....
