Thankyou for providing reference pictures for better recommendations. Looking at your face structure it seems that you would benefit from midface vertical lift, as it would be more permanent way of targeting your face the result would mimic the picture where you pulled your cheeks back. For the deep smile lines you can furthermore get fat injections which again would be permanent and would would fill in the lack of volume unlike botox and fillers which need routine check ups.

First of all, you look great! I am going to take a guess that you are looking slightly downward in these photos. Try taking the photos either straight ahead or even a touch from above. Head tilt can make a lot of changes in your face. Tilt your chin up ever so slightly and a lot of what you don’t like will go away. If you really are looking for a procedure to tighten your skin a little, try radiofrequency. Might not work but won’t harm you. Good luck.
