I've noticed whenever I slightly smile I now get these deep lines the form on my lower face. My face almost looks chubby when I smile now and; loses it's v-shape. When I pull and lift up the sides of my lower cheeks the lines almost completely disappear making me look more like I did when I was younger. I'm only 21, so a face lift seems extreme but i'm not sure what else would help. I fear fillers would just puff out my face and not really lift. I'm underweight.
