Is there any way to raise or remoe the outer crease that extends beyond my eyelids? I find that it makes me look tired and sleepy all the time. It bothers me a ton, particulary in photos.
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Upper eyelids Thank you for your question regarding your upper eyelid concerns in for including photos. They are helpful! From the photos that you shared, it appears that you would be a candidate for an upper blepharoplasty. This procedure will get rid of the excess skin on your eyelids. I recommend that you see two or more experienced board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for an in person consultation.

Answer: Eyelid procedure Hello! First of all thank you for your question.I have tried to evaluate your case from the photos you provided but for better evaluation I would need photos from your face taken a little more away. From what I can see, I can recommend you an upper blepharoplasty + endoscopic brow lift surgery. This combination is the best one to achieve your goal.

Answer: Canthoplasty The outer crease that extends beyond your eyelids is known as the lateral canthal crease or the crow's feet area. It is a common cosmetic concern that many people have, and fortunately, there are a number of treatments available to address it. One option is to use dermal fillers, which can help to plump up the skin and smooth out the crease. Another option is to undergo a procedure known as a lateral canthoplasty or a canthopexy, which involves surgically lifting the outer corner of the eye to reduce the appearance of the crease. It's important to note that both of these treatments come with risks and potential side effects, so it's essential to consult with a qualified and experienced cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist before undergoing any procedure. In addition to these treatments, there are also non-surgical options that may help to minimize the appearance of the crease, such as botox injections or laser resurfacing. Again, it's important to consult with a professional to determine which treatment is best for your individual needs and concerns. Overall, there are several options available to address the outer crease that extends beyond your eyelids. It's important to do your research, consult with a qualified professional, and carefully consider the risks and benefits of each treatment before making any decisions.
