1 year post op revision rhinoplasty - possible that my nasal grafts have migration?

I had a revision rhinoplasty a year ago and my early results looked great. Then bumps appeared that looked like cystic acne yet no pain. I suspect my grafts to widen my nose have migrated towards the bridge of my nose and the skin is very red. Is it possible that my grafts have migrated??? If so what is the solution???
