I had a rhinoplasty about 3.5 years ago and lately I noticed the tip of my nose started to look really strange. This strange dip occured and I wonder what could possibly cause it? Also what are the possible fixes for it? Thank you very much.

Hello, and thank you for your question. It isn't until a full year after the procedure, around 12-14 months (longer for other patients), that your rhinoplasty results are truly definitive. Therefore, your nose may still have some swelling, and it will still change. Patience is key for now. But...

Can I have something close to my old nose and restore a little hump on profile with a Revision Rhinoplasty?

In general, it may not be possible to restore your old nasal profile with it's small bump. If you would be satisfied with a few millimeters of bridge raising on profile, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for permanent results. Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph
