For over 20 years, we have had excellent success permanently filling nasal indentations after rhinoplasty surgery with microdroplet Silikon-1000. You may be seeing these irregularities because you appear to have thin nasal skin, and you may have had asymmetrical amounts of cartilage trimmed from your tip during your previous surgery.
