I had a rhinoplasty about 3.5 years ago and lately I noticed the tip of my nose started to look really strange. This strange dip occured and I wonder what could possibly cause it? Also what are the possible fixes for it? Thank you very much.

Hello, and thank you for your question. It isn't until a full year after the procedure, around 12-14 months (longer for other patients), that your rhinoplasty results are truly definitive. Therefore, your nose may still have some swelling, and it will still change. Patience is key for now. But...
Hi @Celebrated189722. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.

Hi, thank you for your question. Revision cases may need sometimes too much cartilage. In this situation: We may prefer 1) Patient's own rib cartilage (long time pain, pneumothorax etc. risk) 2) Irradiated cadaver rib cartilage (infection, resorption etc. risk) 3)Fresh frozen rib cartilage....
