Looking more Caucasian. Deep set eyes, droppy eyelids.

Your skin type, ethnicity, skin color and the texture of your skin will all have a bearing on how you will age and the major issues that you might be facing as time goes on. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy.

From one Iranian to another:  you look just fine. Do you have a subtle asymmetry? Yes. You seem to have slightly fuller right upper eyelid as compared to the left. And your right eyebrow is slightly lower medially than the left eyebrow. And its possible you may also have subtle ptosis which makes your eyes seem slightly smaller, which you are labeling as seeming more Asian.I think your subtle asymmetries can be improved, but I don't want to give the impression that we are making you "more caucasian". A consultation with an Oculoplastics surgeon would be helpful for you.Best wishesArash J. Amadi

Everyone perceives the world and people's faces differently. Being mistaken for an Asian has no meaning as people from China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc all look vastly different from one another. From the photographs you have provided, you have little pre-tarsal show (the area of skin visible from you eyelashes to the eyelid crease) but that is normal for many people, even famous actors (look at a picture of Brad Pitt). Your eyebrows are appear to be in the normal anatomic position along the rim of bone of the upper eye. I would not do anything.

so I would not worry much about that.  The only aspect of your photos that suggest you may have some Asian is that you appear to have epicanthal folds (small ones) and having a procedure to rid yourself of that would take away any Asian look and if your friends still think you look Asian, I would question their ability to judge ethnicity by appearances.  Asymmetries are normal as yours are and I know of nothing effective to 'bring the eyes out' so if someone agrees to do your procedure, you should make sure you know exactly what you are going to get and know what happens if you don't.
