I have always wanted a more pointy/angular/refined tip for my nose. I love what it looks like in general and I have photoshopped it on myself and love what it looks like on me. Is it possible for the tip of MY nose to become angular/refined?

There is no such thing as a minor nose job, since rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. The tip of the nose can be made more refined, but it's very important to have a full set of facial/ nasal photographs, since the nose is a three-dimensional structure.
