Getting lip fillers and am worried procheilon might protrude out too much, was wondering how can I avoid that?

I’m looking to get my lips done next week and don’t want my procheilon to protrude out when I get my fillet so what should I tell the doctor? What technique would he most likely use to avoid this problem ..?
