You have a few options. Hands can be improved with fillers very easily, and I love combining this with fraxel laser to tighten and improve texture. The best approach to hand rejuvenation is a comprehensive program including skin care, laser, and filler.
My recommendation would be to start by using an anti-aging skin program such as the one ZO offers (anti-aging II). Additional de-pigmentation products should be included if there is significant pigmentation. Needling and meso therapy with HA and/or PRP will stimulate healthy skin. IPL works well for dark sun spots. Fractionated laser - either ablative CO2 or non-ablative 1540 - can assist with texture, tone, discoloration, thickness, and elasticity of the skin. Dermal fillers will volumize and hydrate tissues. HA and non-HA filler products ca be injected with needle or cannula under the skin between the bones and tendons. Radiesse is a non-HA filler with Health Canada and FDA approval for use specifically in the hands. Hands may swell after Radiesse, so a two-stage treatment with the sessions a few weeks apart should be considered.
