Additional de-pigmentation products should be included if there is significant pigmentation. Needling and meso therapy with HA and/or PRP will stimulate healthy skin. IPL works well for dark sun spots. Fractionated laser - either ablative CO2 or non-ablative 1540 - can assist with texture, tone, discoloration, thickness, and elasticity of the skin. Dermal fillers will volumize and hydrate tissues.
