How to fix asymmetric lip gap? (Photo)

I believe that you would be a great candidate for a procedure that I call Aesthetic Facial Balancing. Thank you for your question. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. I typically use Juvederm for my lip sculpting. There are two main focuses of lip injections, adding volume and actually sculpting the shape. Both involve injecting the filler in different areas of the lips and patterns.
I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon to perform you lip injections. Most of my patients have results that last at least 6 months.

Thank you for your question and your photos! You appear to be a great candidate for Lip augmentation with dermal fillers to "fill the gap" and achieve the natural symmetry you are looking for. 
There are a few filler options used to even out and enhance the lips. My top fillers are currently Juvederm Ultra, Juvederm Vollure and Restylane Refyne. These fillers are reversible and have a smooth velvety consistency which is great for lips. Depending on the type of filler used, results can generally last 6-9 months.

Be sure to do your homework and find an Injector with demonstrated patient results and experience with this technically challenging procedure.

If there has been no previous surgery or injury to the depressed area, improving the asymmetry with fat transfer would create the easiest to obtain and most natural result. A V-Y advancement procedure would also achieve some improvement.
