Chin sticks out, any way to make it match my face more?

As the title says, I feel my chin sticks out and doesnt contour with my jawline. Is there any way of changing this, or is there nothing that can be done? Looking for permanent solutions.

It seems that you have. Skeletal under bite rather than dental. With surgery the profile and bite improves.

Sometimes (depending on the case) there is an alternative procedure. When upper jaw is small, you can widen it by performing Lefort osteotomy. The upper jaw is split in half and placed into new position. This will save you an additional surgery.
