Can Botox be used to achieve a cat eye look for the eyes ? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question.  Unfortunately, Botox does not pull the eyes laterally.  However, with correct and careful placement, you can achieve a brow lift which may open your eyes up and raise your brows a bit.  It is worth trying before considering any type of permanent surgical intervention.  Botox is a safe and effective treatment that can last 3 to 4 months. I suggest having a consultation done by an experienced injector for a more thorough evaluation.  Best of luck!

Botox is not going to achieve the look you're looking for. A small amount of a filler placed in the corner of the eyebrow might create something similar but no guarantee will be given. Good luck from New York City

You can elevate the corners of your eye with a combination of Botox and minute amount of filler. Your eyes are very interesting and beautiful. I always suggest not to try to look like someone else. Stay original! Good luck! 

Botox placed in the orbicularis oculi muscle can give the lateral brow a lift. I would recommend consulting with an experienced injector. I hope this helps and good luck!

Thanks for your photos.  I don't think Botox would achieve the look you desire.  You may benefit from a canthoplasty which can tighten your lower lid a little and give a upward slant to your eyelids.  I would recommend you see an occuloplastic surgeon for this type of procedure.  

Some patients do achieve a mild degree of outer brow elevation after injection of botox or xeomin.  The change is not very dramatic but can be subtly beneficial.  It's worth a try but the results cannot be guaranteed.  Best wishes,Jon A Perlman MD FACS
