It looks like it is a muscle that is prominent .  This should relax over time.  Recommend seeing a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. 

I would be very surprised to see arterial damage with Botox. I would suggest that the muscles have relaxed and made a prominence in the forehead. However, I would get it checked out with a physician.

Interesting theory! Fortunately, it is highly unlikely that artery damage was done.  It’s possible that once your muscle relaxed the structures that were there all along are more prominent and once you noticed them it’s hard to undo.   Botox wears off in 3-4 month, so it’s long gone from 2016.
