i lost weight because of diet and training i'm very confused because i'm very bloated and sometimes feel very heavy, i have been working daily and eating very healthy, i did the lipo on the 18 of July 2017, so it have been close to 3 months, i wore my garment for 2 months, the first 2 months the bottom of my belly and sides was holding shape and lifted up, but now, it started to go down again. i have attached photos of the day of the surgery, 2 and 3 months post-op. can you please give advice.

Oral sedation can be used for awake liposuction, but those who have low tolerance to pain do better with IV sedation or general sedation. Usually once you are numbed, the procedure goes well. I would suggest rescheduling your procedure under general anesthesia.
Surgeons almost always use tumescent liposuction for safety and much less bleeding. You can get great results with just tumescent liposuction. The power assistance or Vaser assistance is just to help diminish fatigue for the surgeon. A skilled surgeon can use several techniques.
Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. Pain and swelling varies from patient to patient. It can take up to six months for all the swelling to go down. Please follow up with your surgeon for a personal examination.
