I feel heavy and bloated post tumescent liposuction on the belly, back and sides. Is there anything I can do? (Photos)

i lost weight because of diet and training i'm very confused because i'm very bloated and sometimes feel very heavy, i have been working daily and eating very healthy, i did the lipo on the 18 of July 2017, so it have been close to 3 months, i wore my garment for 2 months, the first 2 months the bottom of my belly and sides was holding shape and lifted up, but now, it started to go down again. i have attached photos of the day of the surgery, 2 and 3 months post-op. can you please give advice.

Unless it is a very small amount of liposuction to be done, I prefer to do the surgery under general anesthesia as it is too painful. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. Pain and swelling varies from patient to patient. It can take up to six months for all the swelling to go down. Please follow up with your surgeon for a personal examination.

Thank you for your question. There can be a fair amount of swelling after circumferential thigh liposuction. It can take several months to resolve but permanent lymphatic vessels damage is very unlikely. The swelling does eventually resolve. Your photographs are within normal limits for your ...

Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 3 days post op you are very early in your recovery process. There is still a lot of swelling present. Swelling can misguide the result of your procedure. Be patient, keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
