Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 3 days post op you are very early in your recovery process. There is still a lot of swelling present. Swelling can misguide the result of your procedure. Be patient, keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
At 3 days post op it is too soon to see your results. You will have swelling for several weeks yet. Try to be patient but talk to your surgeon about your concerns. Good luck.

It is way too soon to start evaluating your results. Just be patient and allow your body to heal. At about 3 months you will have a better idea of what your results will look like. You are in the acute swelling of liposuction so it's very hard to evaluate treatment at this early stage. Usually it will take several weeks for the swelling to subside and to See final results almost 3 months. Of Course discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon on your follow up visit

You did not show your before photo, and may have some unevenness naturally. However, you do have a lot of swelling, and may not swell equally on both sides. Please follow all your post operative instructions, and discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question. Having soreness at this time is normal. It should slowly improve over the next few weeks. In my practice I advise massages, warm soaks and arnica montana to decrease the stiffness and the swelling. All The Best !
Usually, your surgeon prescribes pain medication for surgery and no other physician. The narcotic laws have become more strict. At 3 weeks, most are no longer needing pain medication. Some, however, have a lower tolerance to pain. You could ask your surgeon for non-narcotics like Tordol or...
You did not ask a question, but you are down 5 pounds. I would suggest looking at your before and now photos to see the difference. Do remember, liposuction is not weight loss surgery.
You should wear compression garments for 3 months, but the material is thin and may not be noticed as something unusual.
