Did the doctor not take enough fat on one side?
Answer: I am 3 days post tumescent lipo and one side is bigger than the other. Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 3 days post op you are very early in your recovery process. There is still a lot of swelling present. Swelling can misguide the result of your procedure. Be patient, keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.

Answer: Are Liposuction Results Uneven? At 3 days post op it is too soon to see your results. You will have swelling for several weeks yet. Try to be patient but talk to your surgeon about your concerns. Good luck.

Answer: Uneven You did not show your before photo, and may have some unevenness naturally. However, you do have a lot of swelling, and may not swell equally on both sides. Please follow all your post operative instructions, and discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.

Answer: Liposuction Hi, Thank you for your post. It is hard to tell from your photos but you are still in the beginning stages of healing and you are going to see a lot of swelling and changes over the next few weeks. It is way too soon to start evaluating your results. Just be patient and allow your body to heal. At about 3 months you will have a better idea of what your results will look like. If you have any questions or concerns follow up with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Early You are in the acute swelling of liposuction so it's very hard to evaluate treatment at this early stage. Usually it will take several weeks for the swelling to subside and to See final results almost 3 months. Of Course discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon on your follow up visit
