Dear Rose, Back and side view pictures and your height information, would have been helpful to figure out if you are a candidate for such large implants. The biggest implants that I have used so far , are 660 cc oval round ultra soft silicone implants, made by AART company. They can create much larger implants, however , it is considered custom made, cost much more (about $3000) because of the special mold that needs to be created and it takes about 2-3 weeks to manufacture. There are two common techniques for butt implants: intra muscular (inside the muscle) and sub fascial (on top of the muscle) . Only the sub fascial technique can accommodate large implants in one surgery, whereas the other technique will require 2 or 3 surgeries. Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve, nice projection, round hips, single incision low in the crack and natural look. Best of luck, Dr Widder
I am not aware of any manufacturer ("brand") that stocks gluteal implants 800ccs or larger. However they can be custom-made to these larger sizes. As far as far as finding a buttock implant specialist, here's my advice:Like most other elective surgery, surgeon experience, outcomes, and reputation are key to finding a true buttock enhancement specialist. Traditionally, direct referral from a single friend, family member, and/or physician was golden. However now, with the explosion of internet interactive websites, chat sites, and social media you may obtain a referral from multiple people. Although this can be confusing, even misleading at times, if many/most people tend to be recommending the same one or two surgeons then those tend to be safe choices as specialists. Similarly, as you search around, if the same name (surgeon) keeps popping up then s/he is likely a good choice. One caveat is that you cannot always trust all the reviews from one individual surgeon's platform as s/he may have many of those reviews, sadly, paid-for/rigged. Hope this helps in your search.
Those implants aren't available in that size. Even if they were, No respectable board certified plastic surgeon with experience in buttock implants would place a 1000cc implant into anyone's buttocks. I think that you have a misunderstanding of sizes and proportions. I would suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in buttock implants for a consultation to discus reasonable options.
Buttock implants over 700ccs have to be custom made. That can be done based on patient measurements and desired projection.
Hi, and thank you for the questionBased on the information you send us, I really think you are misinformed. The size of a buttock implants goes as 700 cc, but more important it´s the fact that most patient are not candidates for implants that size. Please understand that if the implant its too big the result will not only be unaesthetic, but it could have complications. If you could send us pictures we can have and idea of your need. In general, if you seek the attention of a certified plastic surgeon, you should have a great result and a normal life. So feel free to contact us for further evaluation. Thank you again and have a great day
I have done many buttock implants in HIV patients without issue. This is very common. As long as you get medically cleared from your PCP and all your levels are good we can move forward. Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in buttock implants.
One week is. not enough time for functional recovery after buttock implants, whether they are in or above the muscle. Think closer to three weeks as more realistic for most patients.
I always dissect the pocket for the implant, so that the pocket is just barely large enough to accommodate the implant. This allows for less freedom of movement. Surgeons place the implants either underneath the fibrous tissue (fascia) covering the surface of the gluteus muscle or u...
