Question

I want square shaped vertically narrow eye who are completely hooded. Fat injections or filelrs are useless since it's all About having a low set brow Ridge and low set-prominent orbitals Is it possible to get a upper orbital/brow Ridge osteotomy to move it lower so that the eyes are hooded? I dont want asian eyes, asian eye are hooded due fat pads but i want my eyes to be hooded due the bone structure

You have a hollow upper eyelid sulcus and a central levator aponeurosis disinsertion ptosis. Removing the bone that makes your brow will irreversible damage your looks. I strongly recommend against that approach. Best.

You can not move the brow bones down and forward by osteotomy, only a custom brow bone implant placement can do so. That is designed off of a 3D CT scan and would be placed through an upper eyelid incision. Whether you can create that type of hooded upper eye look by doing do depends on whether the eyebrows will follow the bone augmentation which is nor precisely predictable beforehand.
