Can I get an upper orbital/brow ridge osteotomy to move it lower so that my eyes are hooded and more masculine? (photos)

I want square shaped vertically narrow eye who are completely hooded. Fat injections or filelrs are useless since it's all About having a low set brow Ridge and low set-prominent orbitals Is it possible to get a upper orbital/brow Ridge osteotomy to move it lower so that the eyes are hooded? I dont want asian eyes, asian eye are hooded due fat pads but i want my eyes to be hooded due the bone structure
