I developed this condition after getting a laser peel from a local doctor. The peel was “deep” under my eyes to get rid of wrinkles. I have looked this way ever since, about 7 or 8 years. I tried hydroquinone and other creams to no avail. I’ve had determatologists unable to diagnose my condition. How can I fix it?
