Correcting uneven eyelids/brows with fillers and Botox. Does this sound correct? (Photo)

Question

I want to fix my eyes. They’ve been this way since childhood. I was thinking of putting filler in my right (in the photo) eyelid, because I figure it’s like that due to hollowness. Then use Botox to lift both brows as I want a bit of a lift and will help even them out too. Does this sound correct? Please help! Any professional insight is appreciated!

Upper eyelid filler injection may be a good option with left side getting more filler. There might also be underlying eyelid ptosis. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist.

You have ptosis of your left upper eyelid.  That is why the crease seems so high on that side and the lower extension of the eyelid covers more or your pupil.  It is not hollowness.    Your right brow is lower than your left brow.  You would need ptosis repair on the left and you could use Botox or Dysport on the right infra brow area to lift the brow.

That is the perfect approach! The filler to the left upper lid will make the biggest difference as asymmetry in the lids is more noticeable than asymmetry if the brows.  You may not even need the Botox.  The Restylane has the potential to last years! Hope it works and best of luck.
