I have a small small lipoma lumps all over in my body and my weight is only 46 so taking food having more calories increases lipoma?

Thank you for sharing your question.  Because a lipoma is typically pure fat, puncturing it does not impact it's appearance or feel.  Likely with lancing of the cyst it diminished the pressure being applied to the lipoma allowing it to appear less noticeable.  Hope this helps.

Unfortunately lipomas will just keep growing, so it's best to have it removed.  I'm sure the general surgeon you see will make the same recommendation.
