What treatments (lasers, injections etc) are contraindicated with titanium plate implant and struts?

I have recently been interested in getting a few “tweaks” (thank you to all the physicians who answered my last question) and have consulted a few places about fillers and facials however none of these offices have offered me a consult with the MD. I have an structural implant in my left orbital socket/ zygomatic process as well as a little nerve damage left over ( mostly just some slight neuropathy/ hypersensitivity) and would like a MD/DO clinical opinion.

Generally speaking, there is no specific contraindication to injections after an orbital floor repair with titanium implants.  These implants have a very low risk of getting infected or extruding through your skin.  Having said that, I would also not recommend injecting right on top of or very close to an implant for fear of an infection.  So, I think injections around your mouth should be OK.  Cheeks might be OK, depending on where the zygoma plates went and I would caution against tear trough injections for you.  Facial fat grafting is probably safer if you wanted volume in the cheeks, temples and tear troughs.
