Can lipomas be removed from the shaft of the penis?

I have lipomas on my penis shaft, a few years ago it was small but now it is growing and forming 1 from 2-3 I want to remove them, is there a tablet or capsule available to do so? If not, what are my options to remove them?

Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Lipomas do not grow overnight but the recent injury may have drawn enough attention to the area that you noticed its location. These can typically be removed with a small, in-office procedure.  Hope this helps.

Lipomas are benign fatty tumors that occur under the skin and less commonly within the muscle. They are associated with mild discomfort and a lump underneath the skin. It is always best to talk to an expert plastic surgeon to determine whether the lipoma is possibly a cyst or a tumor or hernia....

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  Surgery is typically avoided for pregnant patients so I would wait until after delivery of your second child before seeking mass resolution.  Hope this helps.
