Definitely. Having had  fatty lipomas removed is no risk at all to falling pregnant. There is a slight risk of hernia recurrence during pregnancy but is depends on how significant the hernia was, whether it was due to muscle weakness (ventral or spigelian hernia)  or an inguinal...
