I had a small lipoma on the back of my scalp removed by a dermatologist. 2 weeks later it grew back. I had it removed again. She said that it was deep so she couldn't remove it all and I'd have to go to a surgeon if I wanted it all gone. Both biopsies were benign. If I go to a surgeon, will it all be able to be removed? Will I have to go under general anesthesia?

Answer: Recommend seeing an experienced plastic surgeon to ensure procedure is done correctly and regrowth doesn't occur
