May Lipoma Excision on back side of neck be performed outside of hospital?

Question

Small dough-ball is soft... Appears to be more noticeable after exercise or work. Under surface more than eternal.. But very uncomfortable... Treatment options? I need this thing out of my body

Most lipomas on the back of the neck could be excised just with local anesthesia in the office.  An examination of you would be helpful to determine if your lipoma could be removed just with local anesthesia or not.

If the lipoma is small this can be removed under local anaesthetic.If you have any concerns, return to your PS for advice and reassurance.
