I have a cluster of bulging veins in my groin that has been slowly developing over the past decade. There isn't anything like it anywhere else on my body. I don't really like the way it looks and I would prefer that it not get worse. Also, for the past year I have had an intermittent severe itch with no visible rash in exactly this area, and I read that itching can be one symptom of varicose veins. Is that possible? Does this seem like something that a vein specialist could help me with? What are some of the possible treatments? I would be particularly interested in minimally invasive treatments to begin with because of where these veins are on my body.

I like using Polidocanol solution for sclerotherapy because of a combination of its safety and patient tolerability profile. This is probably the most expensive sclerotherapy agent due its quality over other agents, so may also result in increased cost of the procedure.
I would suggest a consultation for possible laser treatment of those small veins underneath your eye. In addition, you could consider some filler to treat the dark circles under the eye, it can make a dramatic improvement.
Facial spider veins can be treated by sclerotherapy and finer veins can be treated by multiple modalities including topical laser, microneedle RF and IPL. I picture would help to give a more specific answer.
