Vein under the eye after Botox 6 months ago. What is the safest way to remove it? (photo)

I been having botox for ryears and never had a problem . This time i went elsewhere and the Dr put it under the eyes, i never had it there before. This left a red vein as per photo and some puffiness since ? Also any tips on how to improve the brownish/Yellow in the corner of the eyes ?
