What’s the best way for vitiligo patient to get rid of spider veins and redness on the face？

I had vitiligo a couple of years ago on my body. It’s now stabilized. I have spider veins/redness on my face. I heard there are some treatments can effectively remove the redness like laser genesis and IPL. Are they safe for someone who used to have vitiligo condition like me? If it’s not, what are the alternatives?

Thank you for your question.For varicose veins, we typically recommend a safe, minimally invasive procedure called Sclerotherapy. A salt solution is injected directly into each vein, causing them to collapse and ultimately disappear. For long-term improvement, we often complement Sclerotherapy with IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) photofacial and the Excel V laser, which treats both superficial and deep vascular conditions on all skin types. Facial spider veins can be treated by sclerotherapy and finer veins can be treated by multiple modalities including topical laser, microneedle RF and IPL.   I picture would help to give a more specific answer.
