Answer: Multiple facial surgery procedures All of this will depend on the skill and experience of the surgeon. You have to be sure that your surgeon is a board-certified plastic surgeon with good experience in facial and, in particular, nose surgery. In that regard, to best answer your question, you should pose it to the rhinoplasty specialist that you feel the most comfortable with. Answer: Depends this depends on which part of your skull you are getting repaired. if it's the anterior skull, a brow lift is feasible with it for sure by the same access point even, but most likely you will need another surgeon unless you happen to find a unicorn who can do it all. I would not necessarily consider doing the rhino/neck lift at the same time if possible because most likely the skull surgery is going to devote a fair amount of surgery/anesthesia/etc. to already, and you don't want to put yourself at more risk by adding on the other procedures.
