I would like to ask if the doctor often performs surgeries using bilateral ear cartilage to elevate the nasal bridge?

Hello, I am a Chinese person and I would like to use my bilateral ear cartilage as a nasal bridge instead of other implants. I do not want any implants in my nose. I would like to ask if you have done this type of surgery frequently before? I see that in your cases, most of them make the high nose bridge lower rather than the low nose bridge higher, so I am a bit worried... If you can answer, I would greatly appreciate it.
