1 year ago, I had an unsuccessful rhinoplasty. Now my mouth and smile changed. How can I know if Depressor septi nasi was cut?

the surgeon did excessive cephalic trimming (revision doctors told me. surgical report has nothing inside) and left me with severe pinching, inverted v deformity, open roof, Collumela retraction, A little bit of upturned tip and ala, minor Polly beak deformity. He also touched the septum. Is there any way I could know if he touched the septi nasi muscle? it was done by closed method. I have preop and postop MRI and CT. are there method the muscle back? I know Dr. Ion does that. Thank you.
