I had a bad nose infection. Should I take the silicone out immediately or wait a few days to let the swelling go down? (photo)

I had silicone on bridge, ear cartilage on tip and donor's rib on the columella 3 months ago in Korean. Now I had a really bad infection starting from the skin broken down. i am on second day of antibiotics called Clindamycin. But it still didn't help my swollen on bridge. One of doctors I saw today suggested me to take silicone out first .But he wanted to wait few days until the swollen goes down.I don't like my nose job anyway. I wanted to take them all out and go back my original nose.
