I want some suggestions about why my teeth doesn't appear when ever I smile or talk whereas my teeth are average in size. I show some pics with smile and other with my nose slightly lifted.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  An in-person examination would be required to assess the balance between your lips, teeth, and underlying bone but it appears that you may benefit from a lip lift procedure to improve tooth show.  If your teeth are recessed than orthognathic or dental work may be required.  See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss, they can offer you the best treatment advice.

This is an interesting problem that can be addressed surgically or non surgically.  However, based on your photos, I suggest that you start with your dentist.  Your teeth appear to be uneven and the bite appears to be uneven and genetically malformed.  Once your teeth are straightened, your smile will change, and then you can address the appearance of your lips and entire area around the mouth.  A combination of Botox and dermal fillers may then further improve your smile.  All the best to you.  Alexis Parker MD
