I had eyelid surgery a couple months ago and think my eye should be healed by now, but i'm having complications that i wasn't warned about. my eyelid doesn't lower anymore, and i have a deep crease. Will I ever get my eyelid function back? i can't fully move my eye, it feels tight and the skin feels short. my blink feels forced(before and after photos)

Your left upper eyelid does appear to have an unnatural crease and seems to be scarred down into this position. See an experienced eye surgeon for possible revision. In the meantime, gently massage that lid in a downward direction to help soften the scar tissue.

It's best for you to go for a live consultation either for a follow-up with your doctor or to seek another opinion if you're not satisfied with your doctor's explanation or plan.  Your symptoms require direct examination to determine the proper course of action.  However, remember that any revision surgery would likely be done after a minimum of 6 months past surgery and maybe longer.
