Is IPL effective in treating red blood vessels in the eyes?

IPL / BBL are very effective (one of the best treatments out there) for rosacea and overall redness. There are specific protocols done UNDER the eye, over top of the bone which help the majority of people with ocular rosacea if done well.We are aware of some providers who do IPL over the eyelid, but this has real risks. You need to use solid gold eye shields which can flake and eye shields can move on the eye globe during treatment. We don't think it is worth taking a risk with someone's vision when we have protocols for over the bone which are so effective.
