Is it ok to play table tennis post 4 weeks of gynecomastia surgery? (photo)

I am a good table tennis player. But I went through gynecomastia surgery & my game is halted. It's been 4 weeks now. In my 3rd week I went through aspiration for my right nipple area. How much more time do I have to wait to resume my sport.
