Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. this needs to be treated with cosmelan/enlighten peels and at home products like vivatia foam, restorsea 10x, isdin body lotion, skinceuticals phyto plus (see link to emeragecosmetics.com where we do skincare consults daily).
Burns need a combination of:
1) healing lasers and light such as aerolase or laser genesis and LED therapy with light stim
2) topical growth factors, stem cells, antioxidants
3) oxygen facials
4) platelet rich plasma and A cell topically
5) sun protection
6) vascular lasers for redness such as venus versa IPL, excel V KTP, and pulsed dye laser/VBeam
After 6-12 weeks you can treat for hyperpigmentation with cosmelan peels, hydroquinone, retinol or non ablative lasers like clear and brilliant or radiofrequency like venus viva.

Hello and thanks for your question. Its hard to make out the scar on the photo- its important to have a full assessment off the depth and degree of scarring. Micro needling is a good option - we would use Intracel with is radiofrequency assisted needling. I would also advise considering laser to help with treating this scar. Best wishes
